Introduction to drip molding machine

Drop plastic originated in Germany. It was mainly produced in Japan in the 1970s, South Korea in the 1980s, Taiwan in the early 1990s and slowly transferred to the mainland in the mid-1990s. Now some have been transferred to Vietnam, Indonesia and other places.

Drop molding is one of the few products that are still produced by hand. The main raw material is to dissolve PVC paste resin in DOP and other grease and add color paste to form paste resin mixture of different colors. The paste resin mixture of different colors is dropped onto the aluminum mold, brass mold, electroforming or silica gel mold. By heating to more than 170, the PVC paste resin and DOP and other lipids react to become a solid and become a product with rich color and strong three-dimensional sense.

The dropping machine mainly relies on the numerical control processing technology, and changes the manual dispensing link to the machine automatic dispensing, which greatly improves the production efficiency. It is an original technology independently developed by China.
